Clonazepam, in the benzodiazepine family, has proved a remarkable improvement in the disruptive episodes of sexual behavior in sleep.
The advantage of the medication is that people don’t usually develop a tolerance for the drug, even over a period of years. When clonazepam doesn’t work, some antidepressants or melatonin may reduce the behavior.
Consult a physician or seek for professional advice from a psychiatrist or psychologist who specializes in sexual- and/or sleep disorders.
